Sustainability
Small choices, made consistently.
I care about sustainability — but I’m also realistic about what that looks like as a small, independent creative.
This isn’t about being perfect or ticking boxes. It’s about being thoughtful, making better choices where I can, and not doing things just because that’s how they’ve always been done.
Here are a few ways that shows up in my work:
I prioritise digital delivery and avoid printing unless it’s genuinely needed
When printing is involved, I keep runs small and work with local suppliers
I reuse packaging and try to minimise waste wherever possible
I look after my gear properly so it lasts, instead of constantly replacing it
I plan shoots intentionally and batch work when I can, especially when travel is involved
I’m mindful about who I work with and try to collaborate with brands that value people, place, and responsibility
Like most things, sustainability is a work in progress. I’m always learning, adjusting, and doing my best to be more intentional — without overcomplicating the process or losing sight of the work itself.
If sustainability matters to you too, I’m always happy to talk about how we can approach a project in a way that feels considered and aligned.
