Monthly Content Partnership Terms & Conditions

These terms are here to keep everything clear and easy for both of us throughout your monthly content partnership.

1. Minimum commitment

All monthly content partnerships begin with a minimum 3-month commitment.

After the first 3 months, your partnership will continue month-to-month. If you’d like to finish after that, just provide at least 30 days’ written notice.

If you cancel during the initial 3-month period, the remaining payments for that commitment will still be due.

2. Payments

Payments are usually processed automatically through Stripe every fortnight.

If you prefer to pay by invoice, your invoice will be sent one month in advance and will need to be paid by the due date shown.

If a payment is missed or unsuccessful, it will need to be sorted before we can book any future sessions.

3. Monthly content session

Your package includes one content session per calendar month.

Sessions don’t automatically roll over if they aren’t used, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Planning

Planning is included before each monthly shoot.

We’ll use this time to go through ideas, upcoming launches, important dates and anything else we want to capture during the session.

The earlier you share this information, the easier it is for us to make the most of shoot day.

5. Rescheduling

Life happens, so if you need to move your session, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, that month’s session may be forfeited unless we agree otherwise.

If I need to reschedule because of illness or something unexpected, I’ll arrange a suitable replacement date with you.

6. Delivery

Your edited content will usually be delivered within 7-14 business days after the shoot, unless we’ve agreed on a different timeframe.

7. Extra

Need more content during the month? Extra sessions, additional locations and social media management can be added at the current rates.

8. Travel

Travel within Canberra is included. Shoots outside Canberra may include an additional travel or accommodation fee. We’ll always discuss this with you beforehand.

9. General terms

These terms work alongside the K.Foto General Terms & Conditions.

The general terms still apply to things like copyright, how the content can be used, portfolio sharing, unexpected events and K.Foto’s liability.

By booking or continuing with a monthly content partnership, you agree to both sets of terms.
