Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can we meet you first?

Of course! meeting before booking with me can help ensure that you are comfortable with my style and approach, and that we are the right fit for your photoshoot. Send me a message and we'll set a date!

  • How do we book you?

AMAZING! I can’t WAIT to get to know you and I'm so honoured that you think I would be a good fit on your special day!

Please, either fill out the contact form or directly send me an email info@kfoto.com.au

  • Is there a booking deposit?

Once we're sure we are the perfect fit for each other and agreed on a location, date and time, you will receive a contract and an invoice.

A 50% retainer of your chosen package is required to secure your booking. Dates cannot be reserved until these have been received.

The remainder is due 7 days prior to your session.

  • Where are you located? Do you travel?

I’m based in Canberra and available worldwide. I don't charge any travel fees for sessions within 100km of Canberra, and I try to keep my travel costs extra low. Feel free to get in touch for a custom quote.

  • What if we have to cancel or reschedule our session?

If notice is given more than 24 hours prior to the session, the 50% deposit can be applied to a mutually agreed upon reschedule date.

  • What if the weather is bad?

Canberra forecasts are always changing. I will contact you to let you know if the photo session can still go ahead. If it is heavy rain, stormy, or windy, it is most likely that we will need to reschedule.

  • Can we bring pets?

Of course, I love animals and I would love for you to bring all of your pets!

  • What if we want more images?

I totally understand if you prefer to have more images! You can opt to purchase an additional image which is outlined in your photography agreement.

  • Can we have RAW files?

Unfortunately, I do not provide RAW files. I pride myself on the finished images that I prepare and produce for my clients.

Please understand that RAW files are not pictures. They are unprocessed data from my camera. These types of files can only be viewed on specialised computer software designed for professionals. RAW files cannot be posted to social media, nor can they be printed.

If RAW files are something you still like to have, please contact me directly and we can discuss our options :)
